Take time to wake up and notice how you feel and observe the wonderful world around you.

When you wake up in the morning, Pooh,’ said Piglet at last, ‘what’s the first thing you say to yourself?’

What’s for breakfast?’ said Pooh. ‘What do you say Piglet?

I say, I wonder what’s going to happen exciting today?’ said Piglet.

Pooh nodded thoughtfully. ‘It’s the same thing,’ he said.

I have fallen in love with daisies again over the last few weeks.

Daisies are cheerful. They open at dawn just as the day begins.

Lockdown has given way to a welcome slowing down to a crazy pace of life.

One of the pleasures is not worrying about what to wear as no-one is taking much notice.

It is liberating and provides a playground for inspiration.

The simple moments can have the most impact.

Sitting in spring grasslands dotted with daisies making daisy chains with my family brought light heartedness and welcome laughter.

As Lockdown eases and evenings get longer, spring blossoms wither, there is a sense of a gathering pace.

We can use this time to embrace new creative ideas and to set good intentions.

. adorn beautiful natural fresh faces and happy smiles.

. chase that dream. Conquering those challenges and obstacles.

. have dedication and purpose. Perseverance gets results.

. show resilience. Shake of those who are not always respectful.

. be independent. You have everything you need within you.

. embracing not being concerned with looking your best all the time.

. be kind. Forgive yourself and others.

. stay balanced. Keeping your mind and body working well and being in tune.

. be patient. It is a good virtue. Not always easy, but taking deep breaths helps and provides you with the opportunity to reflect for a moment.

. always appreciate the beauty and the wonders of the world.

. look for the curious and extraordinary in the mundane.

Socrates said ‘the secret of change is to focus all your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.’

We are unique and special. The way we think will help create the world we live in.

Daisies symbolize new beginnings and loyal love.
